What temperature should I use to cook mini chicken fillets in an oven? The instructions say 8 to 10 minutes under a medium grill but I hate grilled food so am doing it in the oven instead. In the past I have cooked slightly bigger chicken breasts for 30 to 35 minutes but I can't remember the temperature. If I know the temperature I figure I can knock ten minutes off the times above. Any ideas what temperature is best? I have a fan assisted oven.
