HELP ANYONE!! HOW MANY CALORIES DID I CONSUME!?
I don't have to do any adding up to see you are not getting enough energy(even without the gym)I applaud you for sticking to what seems like a pretty strenuous routine you made up for yourself, and drinking only water!!!(that's awesome!)that said ,you can get it even better...(I suspect you are a little hungry sometimes,and curious to see if you can get more out of your routine...hence your question)by adding more quality eats to your diet(since you work out you might also want to check out some protein shakes and such. They'll fill you up and help your body burn fat and build muscle)EAT MORE but stay under 2000 cal. that way you charge up your metabolism to work better.Also try to eat most in the first half of the day and less and less as the day goes on. Finish eating by 7;30 PM.Remember these are guidelines not rules set in stone.Switch white bread for whole wheat,avoid sugar.Don't forget you are in your growing years (teenagers like you are usually allowed to eat even more than adults with the same weight and height)You are very smart to try to keep your body tight and strong (as a bonus I'm sure you like the way the results look too)Ahhhh...one last thing....add some fruit and have fun!
