Can someone teach me how to cook fish fillets?

Mix flour with some salt and pepper to taste. Dust your fish in the flour mix. Pour some oil in the pan and a dollopp of butter, medium high heat. When the butter is bubbling add your fish and flip over after 2 or three minutes. Fish is cooked when it flakes. Blanch your veggies in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes then toss in a pan with butter, salt and pepper. Bon apetit
