This is pretty frustrating. Ghost being disturbed?

I moved my furniture around in my room yesterday. I've always had a weird feeling something was in my room but nothing serious happened....I only Always got sleep paralysis. but last night first i heard something bang behind me beforee then i was on vc and i started hearing noises through the computer like it was like a deep voice every time i talked but idk if that was just a computer problem....but then it took my 10 mins to calm down THEN My tv spases out and goes to no signal then my brother fixed it thenn my brother left and a louder then ussual tick goes from my radiator thennn i was calm till something fell in my closet I RAN as fast as i can out into my parents room I slept on there floor cause i couldnt stay in there. i later found out it was my pillow at the top of the closet. it didnt bother me cause its morning but,...My picture just fell on the ground...it was hung up Pretty good....and idk if it was coincidence but it was right after i was joking around with my friend and i said it should get the **** out on a facebook chat....I'm 14 and sleep paralysis only has happened in MY room and it goes away when i go to sleep on my moms floor... and it never follows me? Please tell me if this is a ghost or not. No one thinks its a ghost and everyone says its in my head but i belive it is..My mom said no one has died on this property it was my grandfathers property and if it was someone it'd be him.

Seeing Auras as a child?

I had a woman come in to my bar where I work a few days ago and what she said has startled me since. She mentioned I had a black aura, colorful around the head, but black on the outside of the light. She also said that she was a medium and she was told by her spirit guide that she needed to tell me that I have a "gift" as well. I don't really believe in this stuff, so I talked with my mother about it. She seemed to not want to talk about this with me. Why was this lizard and garter snake following me and why were they seeking one anothers company?

For some odd reason and this may sound even a bit strange but why was this garter snake and lizard following me? and I still don't understand what is a lizard and a garter snake doing together? It's like their seeking each other for companionship but here's the story: So i'm walking outside to go and take out the trash and what not as I usually always do and i've came across this garter snake and this lizard which are pretty common here in california and there's a lot of them in my apartment complex but anyway these animals were just seeking each other and these were "wild" animals that live in the wild of civilization, the people who live around are use to the animals but can't remember the name of the species of lizard they're pretty small and grayish, me and my cousins would always catch them in our backyard and feed them to our bearded dragon named "KeKe" when we were little and they still have her to this day and she is very healthy and happy but as I was walking towards the trash can or dumpster that's in our parking lot i've heard a little noise behind me and it was really quiet but I threw the trash away turned around and guess what? yup the snake and lizard were right behind me and i'm not making this up either, they were just staring at me and not in a threatening way and i've tried to not appear as a threat to them and at first after i've turned around and saw them I had turned my head up and tried not to make eye contact with them so they won't feel threaten and kept on walking but they was catching up to me real fast and i've tried to get them away from me and not in my house and believe me I was stuck outside for awhile lol trying to get them away but then i've picked them up and moved them to a further area but not far enough from their territory and ran as fast as I could but they were so fast that they kept catching up to me after every attempt to get them away these animals were very smart but then i've had my sister get a little piece of meat and i've found some insects to give to them to distract them so I could run back in the house but it was not working at all but then finally they took their eyes off of me for a second then I snuck as fast as I can back into my house and made it and then I was looking out my window to come found out that the lizard and garter snake was still there just staring out the door but then i've found this little empty 20 gallon aquarium in my closet and went back out to get them and set them inside and they gave me no problem what so ever, i'm going to release them back soon but for now they'll just stay in the aquarium with the proper lighting/heat source for them to stay warm and a cool side to stay cool and I have a huge water dish for them to drink out of and newspaper as substrate and i've even set them next to my bed so they could see me and I could see them since they were for some reason seeking my company which I still don't understand? but they still seem to be happy and healthy since i've captured them but could somebody please explain to me what was a garter snake and a lizard doing together seeking company? and why were they following me? i'm going to try and post a picture of them and get a video up soon on them before I release them and show you this shocking unusual reptile behavior and i'm going to post it up on youtube so stay tune and my youtube channel is a href="http://www.youtube.com/user/emoneyo2" rel="nofollow"http://www.youtube.com/user/emoneyo2/a but sorry this question was so long but please read it, this is one of my interesting and unusual questions i've ever posted in the reptile section but could somebody explain this unusual behavior among these two animals that goes against their instincts.

I am tired and cant fall asleep Help!?

I have the same problem. Its 4am here. Not being able to sleep really does suck. I'm sorry to say nothing may work. Prescription pills didn't even work for me. Honestly the only thing that helps is Marijuana but i'm not going to tell you to go try it only to sleep. Maybe if medical marijuana is legal in your state you could look into getting it for insomnia. It really does help.

What temperature to cook chicken in an oven?

What temperature should I use to cook mini chicken fillets in an oven? The instructions say 8 to 10 minutes under a medium grill but I hate grilled food so am doing it in the oven instead. In the past I have cooked slightly bigger chicken breasts for 30 to 35 minutes but I can't remember the temperature. If I know the temperature I figure I can knock ten minutes off the times above. Any ideas what temperature is best? I have a fan assisted oven.

I think my parakeet is sick? =/?

So it's 2 am here and my brother heard a weird noise down stairs. The noise startled my bird and he started chirping REALLY loudly. I've never heard him chirp like this and i've had him for about 4 years. Also, he's never woken up at night. My brother noticed that he looked really thin. hi there, if you want my honest advice, it's not bad but its not great either. It's a bit muddled and rushed and a bit of a jumble to read, too much is happening at once. I got a little confused, you need to slow down first of all. It seems a little rushed, to make it a good piece of writing you need to put a bit more time into it and maybe try to slowly build the suspense and make it more gripping to read. as i said build it up slowly, dont introduce too many people at once. its all just constructive criticism and i hope it help and i havent offended. good luck xx

What does it mean when a man looks down and doesn't smile when talking about his engagement?

I'm an assitant coach with two other coaches. There both very young around 20 to 25 years of age. One of them is engaged and today he brought his fiancee to practice she was not introduced of course as co-workers we know she was the fiancee. But his behavior startled me. There is this girl on the team that seems to have attract especial attention to the engaged coach , he always helps her when she struggles but I've always noticed a connection. No to mention , they have the same likes and I could almost say they are the same person its the scariest thing I've ever seen. Two people of different ages with such similar personalities.Anyways the fiancee sat on the side and watched practice and suddenly we go to this ice breaker where the other assitant coach points out that our co-worker is engaged ! so everyone claps , and I turned to look at this coach he looks down and doesn't say anything not even a smile. Then I look at the girl and she's smiling and clapping but she looks pist more than anything. What are you thoughts on this behavior? Is it normal coming from this coach? Need Advice and thoughts about a book im hoping to write one day.....?

I hear your voice developing but it is stressed by your pacing (the rhythm). Keep your personal feel of character/and her thoughts, in one sentence. So you have the story, then as an aside, her feeling or thought. Or, change your style and incorporate your voice style into the dialogue only- as character. It is ok for a first effort, but you must learn how to write better. Try reading it out loud into a recorder in order to hear the rhythm, the pace, and you will probably hear where you need to improve your style. It does not quite get choppy, but it stumbles. The grammer needs to be improved. EX: (at the bottom) "This time a man's voice but this did not make her relax, she knew that voice." If you look at the sentence, it is not a proper sentence at all. I realize writers can put in improper sentences, but this is not an example of that. Your style has gone from personal to romantic to objective story. Pick one and stick with it. Read it aloud and record it, or have someone else read it aloud. You will hear where you need to rewrite. Many new writers have a few voices in their work, just as learning to sing, you will have a few voices come out, all weaved together, just as each part of your personality does a version. That is normal, until you pick one. Write the story from each style and voice, and you may be surprised that the talented "voice/style" in your may not be your favorite. Only you can judge what is good for the listener. Remember that a writer writes for themself, but you hear it back like a listener. Once you have written it, it is no longer yours. It is the reader's now, the love, criticize and talk about.

Ok, if a good number of you have been reading my most recent questions (not really recent, but whatever) then you know how I was begging my Grandmother to feed my new dog im getting soon raw! Well, she got a little convinced and said that we could try my sister's chihuahua(7 pound chihuahua) on raw for 1 week (told her it takes about 5 weeks to completely get the dog used to EVERYTHING associated with raw diet, no real exceptions!) well, she thought that was too long to wait. We went to our nearby Bi Lo and got 1 small pack of bone-in chicken thighs (grandmother thought chihuahua would HATE bones, but I proved her wrong by SNEAKING a piece of the bone outside after we got home, Roxie (chihuahua) DEVOURED IT!!! We also got 1 pack of chicken liver and 1 BIG slice of this cheap beef meat (grandmother insisted we get her this $10 Fillet mignon thing but it had this herb mix on it so I clearly told her we could only feed her PLAIN meat, no seasonings, flavorings, dyes, etc. (she got worried Roxie wouldn't like it "bland' because normally we would feed her steak if we had it for dinner, made her stomach upset but nanny insisted!) but I got her to get the, as she calls it, "bland" meat! We got home and I started cutting the meat off the bone, we also got a can of pureed pumpkin! Well, nanny told me to cut up a LITTLE bit of organ meat and mix it with everything (her version of a LITTLE bit is like 1/2 a piece!) We fed her the first time, she DEVOURED it!!!! BUT, after about 3 days, I got back from school and nanny "said" that Roxie wouldn't TOUCH her food, that she nudged the organ out of the way with her nose then only ate 1 piece of the beef and didn't touch it again!!!! What happened?!?!?!?! We now have her on her old DOG FOOD (1/4 pouch of Pedigree Little Champions GROSS!!!! Do you think she lied just to get Roxie back on regular dog food or do you think this REALLY happened? Please no rude comments, my nanny wont let me feed my soon dog raw because it made Roxie "upset." I think she just didn't wanna feed her raw, neither her nor my sister wanted to! Thanks!

Sounds good to me. Rosemary and thyme taste good with chicken. Or you could have dipped the chicken slices in egg and coated them with bread crumbs, crushed corn flakes or crushed french onion and cooked it--I've done all three with sliced chicken breasts or chicken tenderloins.

Help!! Am I suffering anxiety?

I have had anxiety now for 2 years. I am 21 years old. Actually right now, while I'm writing this, I feel like I can't breathe and I feel like I have something lodged in my throat. Normally I would take off to the ER right away, get poked with a bunch of needles, have a urine test done, etc. Just in the end to hear the doctor tell me once again "sweetie, this is all due to anxiety". I hate those words, because I feel like there is still something more that's wrong with me. But I'm trying to teach myself that everything will be okay! I won't die! And if I do, well... I hope I'm headed for Heaven rather than the nasty place we all call Hell. Some of MY symptoms from anxiety include: shortness or breath, racing heart, stomach pain, headaches, numbness and tingling, tightness in the chest area, "swelling" of the throat and dizziness/faint feelings. Who wouldve thought that anxiety could cause such problems? I never would have guessed it! My first year dealing with anxiety, I managed to rack up $10,000 worth of doctor bills and I didn't even have a job at the time!!! Thank the Lord I was able to apply for assistance. They paid every penny for me. Praise God! I would have been in a deeper hole than I already am in. And still, here I sit, feeling my throat for any "bumps" or "painful spots". I make myself laugh sometimes :) things that HELP with anxiety: EXERCISE, MEDICATION, MEDITATION, COUNSELING, WRITING DOWN YOUR THOUGHTS EVERY DAY, GO TO YOUTUBE.COM & LOOK UP MEDITATION, ALSO LOOK UP TAPPING FOR ANXIETY, EATING HEALTHY. Also when a negative thought comes along, try to block it. Go to your favorite place in your mind, and think about being there. Pray to God about this anxiety issue of yours, and he will help I'm sure. I hope I helped atleast a little bit.

If you're doctor advises it he really knows what he's doing. Opioid addiction is difficult to deal with, I've done so many opiates and never gotten addicted, hydrocodones hella weak too! Usually you need suboxone for oycodone or heroin addiction, anyways your doctor knows what he's doing so don't worry you'll be fine.

That isn't enough and is very unhealthy. Try this: multiply your weight but 12 and subtract 500. That is how many calories you need to loose 1 lb a week. No healthy diet, unless you are very petite, should be below 1200 calories a day. You probably aren't getting enough nutrients.

Feng Shui bed placement?

Ok, so I am learning Feng Shui because I think it may be helpful. I have learned some and now I am lost when it comes to wear to put my flipping bed! It is a rectangle shaped room. Ok on one wall we have the entrance to the bedroom from the kitchen/living room-we shall call this the inner door because its about to get confusing (on one long side) the opposite of the door way is obviously the other long side of the room, in which the far corner diagonal from the door (the place where I am supposed to have the bed) there is a door that leads outside we shall call this the outer door. Now on the (far wall away from the inner door of the bedroom), one short side of the room close to the door is a window. On the other short side closest to the inner door is the bathroom and closet-so where should I put my bed?? On every wall is something not good!

Child safety medicine storage question?

We have to store our medicine in a closet. I use one of those Sterilite 3 drawer storage containers and it sits in the bottom of the closet. I put one of those door knob safety things on it so my son can't get into the closet. He is 2 and so far hasn't got it open, although he hasn't really tried. There is nothing he wants stored in that closet so he has no incentive to try to get in it.

Ok so im a 14 year old guy. I was homeless for 2 weeks and I need advice about how to recover?

I was recently homeless for 2 weeks and during this time I disciplined myself to eat as little as possible and I rationed my food to last me throughout the day. I slept on a park bench and sometimes on a sidewalk. Now I find myself not being able to eat as I used to. No matter how much I try to force myself to eat I just cant get myself to swallow food. I find myself only eating small portions just as I was when I was homeless. Lastly I can't sleep, the slightest things startle me and bed feels like a park bench. Eating too little but not losing weight?? HELP Please?? diet plan?

This is going to sound really counter intuitive, but eat more. When you don't eat enough, your body does everything it can to hold on to as much energy as possible, because it thinks it's going to starve otherwise. It's an issue with metabolism. You should eat at least 1500 calories a day. What your eating might have an effect too. Don't eat porridge in the morning. Too many carbs. Unless you're going to eat breakfast and then go work out right away, opt for a high protein and fat meal, rather than high carb.

My room is really messed up, Is it bad feng shui?

My bed is right beside a window and it has a small window behind it. I have alot of nightmares and I trip out alot ( only in my bedroom though) my closet is at the bottom of my bed and my door is beside it. I think she's emotionally distancing herself from you. She's doing it to the point that she's believing that she really don't know you. My goodness you've put your job before your wife. Last night, as I was struggling to fall asleep, I experienced a dream (or something close to a dream, maybe not quite a dream yet) of looking through a large crowd of walking people, all not aware that I was looking. (As if I were looking at people in the busy streets of L.A. They were all so busy doing their own thing; they had no interest in me. As I kept looking at all the strangers, I was startled as I noticed someone/ something had been watching me extremely seriously through the crowds of people. This person/ spirit was standing completely still. Judging by his face, I knew he had been watching me all along.

So am in this KFC queue anticipating to get hold of a fillet burger meal. This two dudes come and stand beside me checking out the menu board, 3 guys were ahead of me so the menu was at a distance and it seemed they had to get closer to check it out. Can someone teach me how to cook fish fillets?

Mix flour with some salt and pepper to taste. Dust your fish in the flour mix. Pour some oil in the pan and a dollopp of butter, medium high heat. When the butter is bubbling add your fish and flip over after 2 or three minutes. Fish is cooked when it flakes. My 12 year old terrier mix dog has been nipping and just bit a neighbor girl. What do I do?

Our dog is 12 years old and we can see that her anxiety around childern is increasing (Growling,hiding, pacing, panting). We have small children in our home and lots of neighbors that come and go. Last week an older child (10) ran past her in the house, startled my dog and got nipped (no mark), then tonight another little girl reached in the door when our dog was barking and got bit (small pen dot puncture). I have a call out to see if a family member can take our dog because she is very familiar with her and lives on a farm with no children, but I love my dog so much I feel conflicted.
