I'm trying to write a story what do you think of my opening?

The opening is interesting and I like it. It just remind me of some movie such as the end of the earth. Currently I am watching Twilight once more and love it very much. If you could also take care of the similar structure or so, I think it would be good idea. Hope you succeed.
